Distancia : 15 kilómetros ( ida y vuelta)
Inicio : en el aparcamiento de montaña blanca , por la carretera ( tf 21) entre el Portillo y la estación del teleférico--sin provisión de agua--unas 7 horas aproximadamente---senderos nº 7 y nº 10

La intención es subir de madrugada para ver amanecer en el pico del Teide (3718 metros),los primeros 5 kilómetros los hacemos por una carretera desde el aparcamiento hasta pasado los Huevos del Teide,ahí es donde comienza el sendero con una gran dureza hasta llegar al refugio de Altavista (3270 metros ) ,luego es más suave hasta llegar a la Rambleta (estación del teleférico a 3555 metros ) una vez ahí solo nos queda unos 30 minutos de subida por el sendero nº 10 (Telesforo Bravo) hasta el cráter del Teide para ver amanecer ,en días claros podremos ver todas las islas (difícil que se den las condiciones ) y la sombra del Teide sobre el mar .Para realizar el sendero nº 10 tendremos que tener un permiso si lo realizamos entre las 9 y las 16 horas ,pero si lo hacemos de madrugada no es necesario .

Al ser una ruta de alta montaña ,llevar siempre abrigo y chubasquero , agua suficiente ,algo de comida ,linternas o frontales y protector solar para la bajada.......que dependiendo de las ganas ,podemos realizar en teléferico entre las( 9-16 horas )

Es ist beabsichtigt, in den frühen Morgenstunden zu sehen, den Sonnenaufgang auf dem Gipfel des Teide (3718 m) zu erklimmen, die ersten 5 Kilometer wir tun eine Straße vom Parkplatz bis die Eier auf den Teide, gibt es wo beginnt der Weg mit einer großen Härte bis Sie die Schutzhütte von Altavista (3270 m), erreichen dann es weicher ist, bis Sie zu la Rambleta (3555 ft-Bergstation) kommen sobald es wir nur 30 Minuten Aufstieg durch die Weg Nr. 10 (Telesforo Bravo) vom Krater des Mount Teide, Dämmerung, an klaren Tagen sehen wir alle Inseln (schwer zu Bedingungen) und der Schatten des el Teide am Meer sehen können.Um den Pfad Nr. 10 zu machen, haben wir eine Genehmigung zu haben, wenn wir es, zwischen 9 und 16 Stunden machen, aber tun, wenn Sie es in den frühen Morgenstunden ist es nicht notwendig.
