TENERIFE SENDEROS : EL PORTILLO - LA FORTALEZA - EL PORTILLO

Inicio :  Centro de Visitantes del Portillo - final -  en el mismo lugar

Esta ruta es el sendero nº 1 de la red del Parque Nacional ,partiendo del Centro de Visitantes del Portillo ,donde podemos visitar un jardín con gran variedad de la flora del Parque ,en ligero ascenso iremos siguiendo el sendero bien definido ,entre retamas ,rosalillo de cumbre y codesos en flor tendremos diferentes variantes con otros también señalizados .Pero en este caso nos dirigimos hacia La Fortaleza ,pasaremos junto a Roque del Peral con vistas hacia el Teide y Montaña Blanca ,ahora tenemos frente a nosotros el llano de Los Guancheros y La Fortaleza ,en cuya base tenemos infinidad de tajinastes en flor ,atravesamos el largo llano ,hasta casi llegar a una zona de pinar,ahí estaremos atentos a una subida a la derecha señalizada con mojones de piedras ,tras unos duros 60 metros estaremos en la cumbre de La Fortaleza ,con unas vistas privilegiadas del mar de nubes y alguna de las Islas , luego en ligero descenso hacia la Degollada del Cedro iremos llegando a la Cruz de Fregel .
Aquí descendemos al sendero del llano ,regresando al punto de partida.

Diese Route ist des Nr. 1-Netzwerks Nationalpark Trail, ab Portillo Besucherzentrum, wo wir eine Garten Vielzahl der Flora des Parks besichtigen können, leichte aufgehenden gehen wir nach den klar definierten Pfad unter den Besen, Pterocephalus des Gipfels und Codesos in Blume werden verschiedene Varianten mit anderen auch markiert haben. Aber in diesem Fall sind wir in Richtung der Festung, zusammen mit Roque de el Peral mit Blick auf den Berg Teide und White Mountain pass, jetzt haben wir vor uns die Guancheros-Ebene und La Fortaleza, dessen Grundlage wir haben unzählige Tajinastes in Blume, überquerte die lange Ebene, bis Sie fast eine Zone der Pinienwald zu erreichen, werden aufmerksam auf einen Anstieg auf der rechten Seite mit Cairns von Steinen markiert Überqueren Sie nach ein paar harten 60 m wir an der Spitze der Festung, mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer der Wolken und eine der Inseln, wird dann in leichten Rückgang gegenüber der Meuchler in der Zeder wird Fregel erreicht werden.
Hier steigen wir auf den einfachen Pfad zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.

Inicio : frente a la calle de  Las Piteras en Jardina -en una pista de tierra

Esta ruta en los primeros kilómetros es fácil de realizar por una carretera forestal ,pasando junto a una antigua cantera y más adelante por algunos corrales de ganado y fincas privadas ,hasta el momento que terminamos la carretera ya prácticamente en el Barranco de Tahodio ,luego seguiremos por un sinuoso camino por la orilla y el cauce del barranco ,hasta llegar al embalse de Tahodio (1914)  cruzamos por el muro sin grandes dificultades , para iniciar un sendero que se pierde en muchas ocasiones hasta llegar a las casas  coloradas  de la finca Los Lirios con algunos animales,  caballos ,burros y perros  ahí comienza una pequeña carretera , la cual seguimos hasta una valla , que saltaremos sin muchas dificultades , en esta zona debemos tomar la pista que tenemos frente a la valla después de unos 2 kilómetros  caminando entre pequeños dragos  veremos una verja esa es el  conocido pero poco señalizado lamentablemente Camino de Las Lecheras  ,que se utilizaba antaño para conectar  La Laguna y Santa Cruz  de Tenerife sobre todo las mujeres que bajaban  a intercambiar leche por otros productos sobre todo pescado  ,veremos  indicaciones hacia Jardina continuamos y al encontrar la siguiente verja ,siempre las dejaremos cerradas para evitar la salida de los animales ,continuaremos el sendero bordeado de maleza estando atentos ya que tendremos un cruce a la izquierda y una subida a la cima de la pequeña montaña ,tomamos el segundo que es el que nos lleva a Jardina ,el de la izquierda nos aleja hacia el Barranco de Tabares y La Laguna ,ahora ya tras la pequeña subida veremos unos eucaliptos junto al sendero y en unos minutos estaremos en Jardina.
