Distancia : 16'5 kilómetros--circular --- 6 horas--señalizada--provisión de agua en bastantes puntos
Inicio : iglesia de Taganana--final --iglesia de Taganana
Sendero bastante duro por las grandes subidas y bajadas,comenzando en la iglesia de Taganana subimos por el camino Portugal en dirección a las vueltas ,que nos llevaran hasta la casa forestal ,con una pronunciada subida muy cansina,una vez en dicha casa caminamos un poco por el asfalto hasta conectar con el sendero que nos lleva ,en una gran bajada hasta el pueblo de Afur con unas buenas vistas de Roque Negro y Taborno ,una vez en Afur bien vale la pena una visita a la casa bar tienda de Don José Cañon ,luego continuamos por el sendero camino del barranco hasta la playa de Tamadite y una vez en la playa comenzamos a subir a la derecha por un camino ,poco señalizado pero fácil de seguir ,teniendo unas vistas de la costa de Anaga muy buenas ,desde el sendero en zonas algo expuestas (vértigo ) para terminar en el punto de partida.

Wanderweg ziemlich hart von den großen Höhen und tiefen, beginnend bei der Kirche Santa Cruz wir übrigens Portugal in Richtung auf die Kurven, die uns bis zu den Wald Haus, mit einem Aussprache sehr ermüdend, stattfinden wird haben, sobald in diesem Haus gingen wir ein wenig entlang den Asphalt mit dem Pfad zu verbinden, die uns auf eine tolle Abfahrt zum Dorf Afur mit guter Aussicht Roque Negro und Taborno Fahren Sie einmal in Afur lohnt sich ein Besuch der Haus-Bar-Shop von Don José Cañon, dann weiter auf Schlucht zum Tamadite Strand und einmal am Strand fing an, gehen Sie rechts entlang eines Pfads, wenig ausgeschildert, aber einfach zu folgen, mit toller Aussicht auf die Küste von Anaga , ausgesetzt den Trail in einigen Bereichen (Vertigo), am Ausgangspunkt zu beenden.
