Tenerife senderos......: TENERIFE SENDEROS -- IFONCHE-- FUENTE DEL CHORRILLO--FUENTE LAS PILAS

Inicio : junto al restaurante Dornajo --final -- en el mismo lugar

Esta es una ruta corta , pero con muchas cosas de interés ,podemos comenzarla en diferentes sitio ,en nuestro caso la iniciamos junto al restaurante Dornajo ( paneles Barranco del Infierno) tras unos 800 metros ,veremos una casa solitaria ( Casa de Benitez) nos dirigimos hacia ella ,donde tendremos unas grandes vistas del Barranco del Infierno, Adeje y Playa las Americas desde su orilla,veremos una era en perfectas condiciones ,tras caminar unos 100 metros veremos las señales de Fuente del Chorrillo ,bajando a la derecha por el Camino de Carrasco ( antiguo camino que unía Ifonche y Adeje ) por el que nos adentramos al barranco ,para ir bordeando hasta tener de frente Montaña Carrasco y en una zona de tosca blanca ,giramos a la izquierda para continuar por un sendero recientemente restaurado y señalizado para visitar varias cuevas y las fuentes ,si seguimos a la derecha por un canal roto iríamos dirección Adeje pero el sendero esta bastante estropeado por abandono .Decir que la parte del sendero nueva ha sido restaurada por Carmen Dolores Gonzalez Francisco (podemos seguirla en facebook ) y sus colaboradores que han hecho un trabajo impagable ,recuperando los lugares con sus nombres con la colaboración de muchas personas mayores de la zona. Una vez pasamos Fuente del Chorrillo ,vemos la Nariz de García inconfundible y Montaña los Brezos llegando a la carretera que nos lleva a las proximidades del Roque Imoque con una era muy bien conservada,justo ahí tenemos las señales hacia fuente Las Pilas ,solo tendremos que bajar unos 200 metros al cauce de Barranco del Rey y seguir las marcas para llegar tras un gran grupo de higueras a la fuente luego solo nos queda regresar al punto de partida por el mismo camino ,o como en nuestro caso volver por la carretera y en unos 900 metros estaremos en el punto de partida.
