Ruta de alta montaña llevar agua,abrigo ,comida y linternas o frontales
Para ver amanecer tendremos que calcular como una 1'30 de subida ,si lo hacemos con luna llena casi no tendremos que usar las linternas ,comenzamos en el parador al llegar a la pista del siete cañadas cruzamos y empezamos a subir por el sendero nº 31 (altos de ucanca ) al llegar a la degollada de ucanca , giramos a la izquierda por el camino de los alemanes (marcado con puntos verdes ) el camino es fácil de seguir ,llegando a la cumbre de montaña Guajara ,tendremos unas grandes vistas y veremos la sombra del Teide sobre el mar a la salida del sol .

Um anzuzeigen, daß Dawn als einem 130 Aufstieg zu berechnen, wenn wir tun es mit Vollmond fast wir nicht Taschenlampen verwenden müssen, wir begannen in den Parador auf der Strecke von den sieben Cañadas überquerte und begann zu klettern hinunter die Spur Nr. 31 (Altos de Ucanca) Ankunft Ucanca-Meuchler, biegen links auf dem Weg der deutschen (markiert mit grünen Punkten) den Pfad ist einfach zu folgen Ankunft am Gipfel des Guajara Berg, wir haben tolle Aussicht und den Schatten des el Teide auf dem Meer aus der Sonne zu sehen.
