Distancia : 10 kilómetros --circular --4 horas--sin provisión de agua--bien señalizado
Inicio : centro de visitantes del Portillo--final --en el mismo lugar

Sendero nº1 bien señalizado con unas buenas vistas del Teide y la zona norte de la isla , la única dificultad es la subida (algo perdido el sendero ) a la fortaleza ,caminaremos por el llano los guancheros y veremos una pequeña cripta.

Wanderweg Nr. 1 gut ausgeschildert mit guten Blick auf den Teide und dem nördlichen Teil der Insel, das einzige Problem ist der Aufstieg (etwas verloren den Pfad) zur Festung, gehen wir durch die Ebene der Guancheros und wir werden sehen, eine kleine Krypta.

Trail No. 1 well signposted with good views of the Teide and the northern part of the island, the only difficulty is the ascent (somewhat lost the path) to the fortress, we walk through the plain the guancheros and we will see a small crypt.
